8) Review & supervise necessary stock records to track the inward/outward of goods, conducting stock verifications & reconciling at regular intervals.
9) Review & ensure renewal of licenses, Insurances, Leases and Other contracts.
10) Review compliance to the accounting systems, procedures in place & timely preparation of statutory books of accounts and finalization of yearend financial statements.
11) Preparation of MIS Reports to provide feedback to top management financial performance, risk control, profitability etc.
12) Assistance to Managing Director, Commercial Manager, Sales Manager and Financial Controller.
13) Managing the maintenance of accounting software for accuracy & accounting standards.
14) Liaison with auditor for external audit & report.
15) Conduct various audit procedures such as bank, cash, receivables, payables confirmation.
16) Taking actions on the basis of audit recommendations to improve the shortcoming and processes.
17) Research, design and develop systems to ensure smooth functioning of finance, accounting & admin operations across organization.
18) Supervise and train new staff in accounting department.
