Job Profile
Receive inquiry from Ship owner/Operator/Agent/Ship's Master
Send RFQ (Request for Quotation) to different vendor (Local/International)
Receive Quotation from vendors/suppliers.
Send Offer to Ship owner/Operator/Agent/Ship's Master
Receive Order confirmation from Ship owner/Agent/Ship's Master.
Execute the order/suppliers.
Prepare PO to different vendor/suppliers
Follow up/collect materials from the vendor/suppliers
Follow up vessel ETA/ETB/ETC/ETS with port control/agent/master
Make Delivery Note/Service Note/Invoice to Owner/Master
Arrange Custom Clearance
Arrange transportation/delivery to vessel
Send invoices to Client by Courier/Registered mail/E-mail
Get performance report from vessel
Receiving and deliver Ship's spare to the related vessel
Maintain files for all services provided to vessels in ORACLE.
Maintain vendor/suppliers evaluation record
Well knowledge about IMPA & ISSA Book (Ship's item catalog)
Awareness of all kind of product delivery (Provisions & Bond Items, Engine, Deck,
Electrical, Safety, Stores, Gas cylinders, Chemicals, Paints, Lube oil, Life raft & Fire
extinguishers servicing & certification etc.)
Working with ship's Operation and Crewing department (Data collection and entry to the system (ORACLE) Hotel and Air Ticket reservation)
