 Monitoring and troubleshooting the link for NCB ATMs through Gasper software.
 Co-ordinate with the supervisor over the phone to make the ATM up.
 Make telnet to the router and perform troubleshooting.
 Add / remove the tunnel for the remote branches of NCB upon user request.
 Troubleshoot the PCs of users for different branches remotely.
 Report to Hi-Cap Riyadh office every two hours for updates.
 Make daily report for the tickets handled throughout the day.
 Make monthly report to show the downtime.

 Handling the videoconferencing system (Point-to-point and Multipoint) in the Head office and branch offices using Polycom 5000 and 7000 Series.
