➢ Designing Database and Writing Stored Procedures based on the business requirements.
➢ Deal with scaling issues, such as database optimization, performance diagnostics and monitoring.
➢ Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of different Hardware, Application Software and Operating Systems, Troubleshooting problems of Internet and Intranet.
➢ Installation and configuration OS (Windows 7, 10 and Server 2012, 2016), Printers, IP, VMware, Hyper-V, ADS, DNS, DHCP, IIS.
➢ ACTIVE DIRECTORY- Create Users, Group, shared drive access and Attribute editor.
➢ Providing First Level Support of Business Application Visual Studio and MSSQL (Creating users, Managing Responsibility Matrix and coordinate with Authpal Development Team to solve the issues)
➢ Cloning of database on same servers as well as on other server with both user managed and through DB clone process Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery of hardware/software problems.
➢ Responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication network (LAN, WAN).
➢ Managing the Authpal and Dashboard Software (ASP.NET Based).
➢ Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
➢ Configure and Support Mail client like Outlook For all Issues.
➢ Troubleshooting, backup, solving internet & LAN problems etc. solving all types of technical problems related to hardware & Networking
➢ Assisting in evaluating vendor proposals and preparing technical recommendation on PCs, peripherals & IT Projects Support and maintain end user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance and training.
➢ Troubleshooting, backup of MSSQL Server, Install and Configure of CCTV.
➢ Updating and maintaining IT Asset Details and Procure the IT asset as required.
