Maintaining a Compound of around 500 Villas with Restaurant, Swimming pools, Recreational Facilities, Corporate Offices, Clubs and above all maintaining the above mentioned facilities including electro-mechanical works like R.O. Plant, STP, Water & Sanitary drain system, Plumbing, Fire fighting system, HVAC including various A.C units like split, package, window, Maintaining the Electrical and Electronic Department, Finishing and painting, Carpentry, Stores, Purchasing & Issuing and monitoring the Maintenance Department round the clock
Worked as a Senior Maintenance Engineer covering the different facilities of Saad group like Saad Hospital - 500 Beds of 5 Star Category, Schools, Compounds, Hotels, Corporate offices, farmhouse and camps - Work shops.Managing and maintaining HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & sanitary, Boilers / Kitchen, Laundry, Swarming pools, Jacuzzi, dialysis center, R.O. system, STP, Bore wells, Elevators and finishing department. Leading a team of Engineers, Supervisors, Foreman and 200 workers.Ensured safety procedures are followed and maintained all Facilities as per schedule and procedure in Both Corrective and Preventive maintenance activities.
Maintaining the hospital by1. Motivating the team to work as per schedule.2. To attend the corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance around the clock.3. To plan the preventive maintenance program and to fix the programming for the various equipments minor and major servicing.
Dealing with production activities. The company was involved in the manufacturing PVC rexine suitable for automobiles and railways. Taking care of each and every detail in the production of the product, maintaining of plants, generators, coating units, mixing units and its concerned laboratory and also testing of the final product.First as a Technical Manager and later was promotedas General Manager.
