As a personal banker, responsible for offering and selling financial products and services (i.e. account opening, Credit Cards, Personal Loan, Auto loan) to both, Individual salaried and SME customers. Establish, develop and retain long-term relationships with current and potential customers in the market. Meet customer satisfaction goals by proactively meeting and quickly identifying needs. Perform tasks such as opening accounts, taking loan applications, handling customer service requests, etc. Demonstrate UAB’s core values in all actions. Meet and exceed sales and customer service goals. Meet monthly goals in terms of the volume. Maintain the records of existing clients and update it on daily basis
Responsible for maintaining and increasing the volume of portfolio of the team allotted. Handled products like Retention (existing customers), Top Up, Cross sales (sourcing customers for STL & PIL) and Paid off Customers. Core responsibility included team briefing, team support, motivating team members, identifying existing clients and offer them suitable product to help generate the revenue for the group. Negotiate with clients for the competitive rate offering. Regular follow ups with credit and operations department, ensuring the efficiency in process. Meeting monthly goals in terms of the volume. Maintaining the records of existing clients and update it on daily basis.
Held responsible for selling car loans for new and used cars. Ensured adherence to Banks policies, ethics and code of conduct. Revitalized and strengthened relationships with corporate and customers in the territory covered. To consistently achieve Bank’s goal & customer satisfaction.
