Develop schedules for customers whom payments were due.
Withdraw the daily reports and work on them.
Ensure collections operations function smoothly and effectively.
Conduct any role or responsibility assigned by the supervisor / manager that lies within the scope of specialty.

• Negotiate payment plans and payment schedules with customers that suit their current
financial situation while still satisfying the debt.
• Advise customers on their various payments options. If no payment arrangement can be
reached, collection officers inform customers of further actions that may be taken to
collect overdue debts.
• Keep customer files updated, recording times and dates that contact has been made and
noting information that customers have received about their debt
• Ensure collections operations function smoothly and effectively.
• Conduct any role or responsibility assigned by the supervisor / manager that lies within
the scope of specialty
To work in close partnership with the teacher in order to promote the general
academic learning and well-being of the children.
• To be aware of the teacher's long term, short term and weekly planning and to
participate in the assessment of students.
• To shadow the class during lesson time and to work with the specialist teachers for
the five key areas of learning in the Montessori environment, including: Practical
Life, Sensorial, Language (Arabic and English), Mathematics and Culture as
appropriate or directed by them; this is not only to assist the class when working
with the specialist teachers but also to ensure consistency of classroom routines,
emergency aid if a child is taken ill or needs to be taken out of the classroom and
feedback to the class teacher on any problems which can then be entered in the
student organizer and sent home.
• To provide educational support for groups of children or individuals during the
lesson.
• To supply coverage and supervise classroom when in rare circumstances teachers are
absent (with work provided by teacher).
• To be self-motivating and to take an active role in the life of the school interacting
with children throughout the school day and engaging them in conversation.
• To support the teacher by preparing necessary materials that will be used in the
learning process.
• To maintain a tidy classroom and outside area by ensuring resources are readily
available to students and encouraging the children themselves to take responsibility
for their own space.
• To promote learning through displays that follow the school guidelines and is
visually enhancing and sensitive to the children's needs
• To maintain and promote good order and discipline among the children of the
school, safeguarding and promoting the health and safety of children both on the
school premises and when they are taking part in activities elsewhere.
• To supervise children in non-academic activities as directed. This may include such
activities as supervising children when visiting the library or at breaks in the
playgrounds.
Create and maintain a content editorial calendar, so that the Facebook and Instagram
pages are updated.
• Track social media statistics.
• Communicate exciting internal and external social media news.
• Communicate through social media to customers and interested parties.
