• Making outbound calls to either “warm” or “hot” leads provided, to assist them by answering questions in
regard to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up.
• Responding to incoming emails and phone queries.
• Proceeding high quality services of residencies in many destinations in Europe (European Union), in
addition to proceeding citizenships in many Caribbean countries.
• Making a deep study of the clients’ personal lives and their needs in order to provide them the best
service that makes their lives better.
• Timely follow-up with the customer on desired documents.
• Assistance for the communication between the responsible authorities and agencies and the clients to
run the work and finish the process regularly and successfully.
• Submitting daily reports about sales and targets and client’s reachability.
• Submit the required documents for Visa administration and Work permits to the required office -
Visa submission. Including submitting documents for Commercial and Trade Licenses business
requirements.
• Oversees and manages the handling of - clients’ and prospective clients’ inquiries - via phone, or
email - with an emphasize on timing and quality.
• Manage “Golden visa” processes including client relations and executions.
• Manage “Tasheel Work” processes.
• Produces and maintains daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly (or as needed) reports, for use by
management and/or to facilitate monitoring of recurrent tasks
• Monitors and manages the new and renewal schedule of visa and substantiation of Clients at least
three months in advance
• Prepares and oversees the preparation/issuance of extracts, certificates and other documents, and
their notarization, legalization, super legalization, and certified translation
• Ensures the accurate and immediate update of all systems to ensure accurate client information is
available at all times.
• Monitors developments in UAE Labour and Immigration rules and advises clients accordingly
• Maintains relations with governmental and semi-governmental authorities and External services
providers
• Being responsible of the Schengen visa application process for travel to Spain as the main
destination country.
• Submitting short-term, long-term visas and humanitarian visas for applicants traveling to Brazil.
• Providing short term visas for various nationalities to travel to the UAE.
• Maintaining the quality of customer services by carrying out tasks and preparing detailed reports.
• Follow up the visa process from the submission of the visa application until returning the passports
from the embassies.
• Answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling premium and normal appointments for applicants
and administrating electronic communication system.
• Organizing tasks between the office and the contracted embassies, as well as enhancing
communication between the office and the immigration and visa office located in UAE.
• Submitting visa applications with checking the required documents, including filing, photocopying,
and executing the biometric system process.
• Responsible for travel insurances that match the flight tickets and selling official translation services
including coordinating the work of the notary public to certify the required papers, and other main
duties.
▪ Working as a digital content director with Charity Hub Organization located in Lebanon by being
responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms.
▪ Working on several projects related to the WordPlay Media company located in the United Kingdom, by
being responsible for creating animated graphics for different series.
▪ Working as a VTR Operator for all documentation and live events in post-production facilities houses
with TV Station located in Lebanon.
