Work with project managers, engineers, and site teams to align procurement activities with project schedules.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to confirm material requirements and specifications.
Assist in preparing monthly project forecasts for invoicing.
Maintain organized records of purchase orders, contracts, project progress, delivery notes, and maintenance/service reports.
Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, project status, and maintenance outcomes to management.
Generate and manage proforma and tax invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for payment.
Obtain approvals for purchase requests from the operations team.
Manage and follow up on AMC renewals to ensure timely processing and uninterrupted service.
Request and review supplier quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Submit quotations via Oracle and other online portals.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules for ELV systems and IT infrastructure under Annual Maintenance Contracts to ensure reliable performance.
Act as the main contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing updates, and resolving maintenance-related issues.
