• Following up on all the patients by preparing a monthly or weekly schedule.

• Supervising two private assistants by preparing their annual leave and they report back to me on all issues regarding the clinical needs
• Setting a weekly meeting with all the nutritionists and their private assistants to see where is the strong and the weak points which will directly be solved ( ex: customer complaints, unaccepted employee attitude, repetitive food items in the menu )
