Job Duties & Responsibilities:
o Gathers information regarding customer’s needs, trends developing and other data which may be of interest to Marketing and Sales departments feeds.
o Part of the company marketing and exhibition team. Cooperate with the Crew Training Department in establishing the requirements for employment that cabin attendant have to meet, and in establishing check and training and procedures.
o Conduct flights check; to check the professional standard and development of his/her personnel; to prescribe additional training.
o Keep up-to-date on cabin service developments.
o Achieving duty-free sales target on-board.
o Responsibilities include a full range of customer service functions..
o Assisting passengers with tagging luggage and baggage check in, ticketing, makes and/or changes reservations, seat assignment, answers inquiries about flight schedules and fares, verifies reservations by phone, figures fares and handles payments.
o Responsible for processing and boarding passengers. This includes handling seat or schedule conflicts, making boarding announcements, checking and collecting tickets at the boarding gate, and assisting handicapped passengers as they board or depart the aircraft.
o Dispatching flights from the gate, and notifying flight attendants about any special needs for specific passengers, such as a child flying alone or a disabled passenger.
o Initiate and implement sales strategies.
o Lead and guide sales professionals to achieve outcomes & Build customer relationships.
o Answer and respond to customers' needs and requirements.
o Initiate and conduct market research.
o Analyse and evaluate research reports.
o Analyse, resolve and troubleshoot complex cross-functional issues.
o Manage sales and business growth activities.
o Drive sales growth to maximize business opportunities & Maintain and manage all customer databases.
•Typing (MS Word, Quattro Pro, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook, & E-Mail) Answering the telephone, arranging engagements, making travel arrangements and taking notes and minutes. Liaison with customers & visitors, , Carrying out reception duties, including receiving visitors and answering queries, typing of letters and reports, Setting up and co-ordinating arrangements for meetings, refreshments, including booking accommodation, making travel arrangements. Collection of monies and receipt. Processing and distribution of mail. Maintaining the diary.
