• Building Gandour’s brands within their respective categories into UAE and Kuwait through managing and developing the route to market action plan (pricing, sales forecasts, channel distribution, consumer promos, trade deals, visibilities, listings)

• Owning the POSM and promotional packaging by finding the most efficient solutions.
• Supporting Trade Marketing & Distribution Managers in the execution of the route to market strategies and in achieving sales and budget objectives, while ensuring brand values are properly communicated.
• Acting as the marketing ambassador for the region through adapting the regional marketing strategy and voicing the developing markets’ requests.
• Developing regional brand strategies and activities.
• Leveraging countries’ consumer/ competitor understanding.
• Leading communication and new product development.
• Overseeing in market execution of new product launch plans and brand activities.
Key responsibility is to ensure the continuous development of Siblou and Frumer brands in line with their relevant strategies, market growth targets and objectives on a yearly basis.
•Main Responsibilities: Long Term Business Plan, Marketing Plan, Marketing & Communication Strategy, Media Planning & Implementation, Business Development, Promotions, Monitor & Follow Up, Performance Management, International Exchange, New Product & Package Development

Ø Contributing to all aspects of the client’s business within the wide-ranging commercial role, including aspects of marketing, logistics, credit control, supply chain and finance.
Ø Developing and driving sustainable positions in each of the markets through the creation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies based on each market’s categorisation and through effective brand management.
Handling multinational and regional clients for Lebanon, Syria and Iraq markets. Offering clients: competitive reports, media recommendations, and marketing studies.
Participating in Writing the Final Reports, Writing and Analyzing the Analysis Sheets of the Focus Groups, Field Work, Checking and Coding Questionnaires
