End of Service benefit (EOS).
* Funds Management, Banking, Payments preparation and processing, L/C, L/G Transactions, updates,
Reconciliations, Ensuring proper handling of Cash - receipts and payments -distribution and custodianship.
* VAT & WHT accounting, declaration assistance.
* Supervision and control Inventory systems, Fixed Assets.
* Review GL and other financial modules balances and movements.
* Control accounting procedures applicable to the company’s operation and in adherence to the general
accounting principles.
* Treasury Accounting.
* Material purchase, Logistic co-ordination, Commercial operations assistance.
* Receivables, Payables Management, Accruals, Pre-paid.
* Projects’ - Costing, Bidding, Quotations, Budgets.
* Sales to Collect (S2C) Cycle, Overall financial management and controls from Orders, Sales, Discounting,
Promotions management till the Collection
* Purchase to Pay (P2P) Cycle, Overall financial management and controls from Purchase Orders, Invoices,
Booking, till the Payment
* Inventory to Cost (I2C) Cycle, Overall financial management and controls from Stock, Min. Order Qty
(MOQ), Spares Parts accurate recording, Landing Cost/valuation.
* Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
* Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual
accounts with supporting schedules.
