Responsible for formulating and executing production plan and reviewing supply feasibility,
ensuring to cater for customers requirement timely and accurately, recognizing potential risks
of supply and material/die/capacity shortage and collaborating with cross-functional teams
to align supply and demand information to avoid redundant stock build.
• Review quarter-based demand forecast and deliver reasonable loading plan to factory.
• Coordinate with factory to tackle unexpected issues, i.e. product outs priority, material out of
stock, demand sudden upside.
• Hold weekly meeting with BU to monitor demand forecast and adjust Back-end capacity and
loading plan accordingly, voice out potential risks in advance.

-Provide regular training programs to factory planners to understand SCM process and
demand data source, aiming at reacting to dynamic markets timely and preparing for demand

-Closely work with BU team to analyze demand reliability and supply feasibility to serve
customers diverse requirements.
-Closely work with Factory to shorten Back-end Cycle time from 3 weeks to 2 weeks to fulfill
each quarters revenue target.

• Release sales forecast to suppliers periodically and evaluate suppliers capacity/capability.
• Take in charge of capacity planning of various suppliers in order to reach supply-demand

Responsible for monitoring the equipment inventory and re-position in WA ports, container
moves update and correction, supervising the respective vendor work and terminal operation
work, establishing good partnership with suppliers.

company.
-Coordinate the disputes/communication between internal dept, suppliers and clients during
the delivery process.
-Work on query raised by customer and figure out the complaints during the delivery.
-Assist Demand planner to check the inventory and forecast stock within three months.
-Visit shipyards and vessels to understand clients requirement and demands.
-Have regular meetings with relevant dept. to figure out challenge and potential risks during
fulfilling Lubes order.
-Efficiently completed whatever assigned by higher authorities and the before
