 Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
 Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
 Develop relationships with customers by accurately taking customers order both in person and over the phone.
 Evaluate and process warranty items handled at the counter and follow the companies and manufactures warranty policies.
 Accurately enter sales orders and secure payments based account type.
 Assist customers with obtaining product samples when necessary
 Answer customer questions and complaints quickly and professionally.
 Assist the outside sales team when necessary.
 Coordinate job site delivery times with warehouse and delivery drivers.
 Manage administration.
 Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
