Responsible for leading the shift in day-to-day operations within
the property maintenance department.
Maintain the hotel facilities, including the physical building
structure, fixtures & fittings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and
related equipment in accordance with energy conservation,
preventative and reactive maintenance good practice.
Carry out all necessary maintenance inspections at the required
time. Ensure that inspections required by Government authorities
are properly conducted and documented
Scheduling and supervising all repairs, both emergency and
preventative to the building, services installations, plant, fixtures,
fittings and equipment.
Document preventative maintenance of fire protection systems,
ensuring all safety features of the building operate at peak
efficiency at all times.
Core knowledge in Electrical
Direct Involve in Purchasing process. Arrange Quotes and
manage site work.
Conduct all health and safety training for whole staff. Member of
Crisis Management Team.
Conduct all internal and external audits, include brand audits.
Conduct and organize Engineering Induction training for New staff.
Prime contributor in all strategic decisions of the company.

Responsible for supervising complete building Maintenance & studios
activities at Live Transmissions and Recordings; including:
1. All general & Specialized electrical works
2. Generator Maintenance
3. UPS system management
4. Computer Networking (LAN, peer-to-peer)
5. Plumbing issues
6. Fire Alarm system
7. Fire Extinguishers (Test & inspection)
8. Central AC system (AHU, FCU, Chillers, Ducting etc)
9. CCTV (Security Camera System)
11. Administration work (Word, Excel etc)

Engineering Department.
Responsible to look after the renovation of hotel guest rooms and
technical aspects during execution of work.
* Test and Inspect Standby Generators on weekly basis and
prepare maintenance Report.
* Took charge to inspect the all data cable, all electrical
installations, AHU Service, FAHU’S Service, Exhaust Fans,
F.C.U’s operation and B.M.S System etc
* Maintain Boilers operation.
* Worked on PABX system.
* Handled technical functions at banquet for AV systems.
* Maintained swimming pool plant and chillers operation.
* Served as Room Engineer.
* Tested and inspected Fire sprinklers, fire alarm system, fire
protection and detection system, boiler and laundry
equipments after renovation of the hotel new existing
building.

• Electrification work Including wiring, Su-Station Installation, Fire

• Commercial Complex in Islamabad, Evacuee Trust property
Board (ETPB).
• Construction of office complex in Islamabad, Evacuee Trust
property Board (ETPB).
Responsibilities:
• Electrification of project, Installation and commissioning of
Generators, lifts, HT & LT panels, cabling work etc.
