- I optimized the sales process through our call center with a direct result on increasing the

- I created online voucher campaign by email which had a direct result on increasing the

acquisition through collaboration with portals like Ele.ro, Antena3.ro, FHM.ro, Cosmopolitan,
etc ..;
- I proposed SEO project for whole the QUELLE group that was present in 14 European
countries. The project was accepted and implemented and has resulted in increased traffic from
search engines to 100% on non-brand keywords. For Romania we managed to bring the site
into the top three keywords: online shop, clothes store, online clothing, women clothing, men's
clothing;
- I have increased the number of subscribers to the newsletter from 260.000 to 290.000 in one
year;
- Implemented and managed sales campaigns through Newsletter and record sales through this
channel was approximately 280, 000 Euro a day;
- In addition I supervised a team of six people who were supposed to: update products, prices
and pictures, graphics, website structure changes.
- In the first year I managed to exceed the targets set by 200%.
