My Duties:
Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
• Account assistant help to maintain the office and keep it running smoothly as well as helping the Manager.
• Managing the department’s post.
• Working closely with individuals across the business at all levels.
• To manage day-to-day operations of the accounts department.
• To establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring
It is a Fashion Retail Company.
My duties were:
Transfers/Return in/out
Register purchasing / sales invoices and print the labels
Data Entry
Writing/sending letters, email, Memos
Daily check the settlement of Banks/sales invoices
Filing
Prepare the date of payroll of each employees
Handle and provide solutions with the clients in the absence of the General
Manager
Help cashier in rush hours.
