Executive Manager à DENTAL CARE

Responsible for a team of eight dentists and three dental assistants: support all team
members to work in a healthy work environment and abolish all negativity that might
threaten the unity of our team of dentists and/or assistants.
➢ Coordination between team members and schedule set: ensure a stable work flow
and balanced shifts respecting each employee’s request.
➢ Payroll, annual leave, social security charts…: calculating the dentists’ remuneration
according to their monthly fulfilled acts, the GM’s salary and profit, and the
employees’ payroll according to their monthly presence; coordinating the employees’
annual leaves without affecting the work flow, calculating the social security fees
which should be paid by both the employee and the company.
➢ Accounting: learnt by experience and executed the basic accounting, data entry, P&L
reports, checking and settling every account in order to close the fiscal year under the
supervision of the company’s auditor.
➢ Stock control and order: supervising the weekly inventory and order all shortage in
our high quality of dental products for the most adequate price on the market to
compete with the best service and reduce the company’s expanses.
➢ Customer service: ensure the satisfaction of our patients by solving any issue that
might occur during their treatments, coordinate their time and treatment plan with
the specialized dentists and set up a reminder for their regular check-ups and scaling.
➢ Report to the company’s GM every trimester, study the budget, set new working
plans to avoid and survive any economic set back.
➢ Arrange regular meetings between the GM and the team for exchanging mutual
concerns and targets.
➢ Coordinate with the HR department to set up and participate to trainings related to
our work, customer service, team relations…
➢ Motivate and incent every team member, on a personal and professional level, in
order to challenge their hidden potential and best qualities that will be appreciated
and rewarded.
