Schedule appointments for periodic treatments for corporate clients
Real time operations
Working with a technical team in order to offer an exceptional service that responds to clients’ needs
Meeting with clients on a yearly basis to keep up with their needs and updates
Monthly evaluation for a team of technicians
Chauffeurs service control in five stars hotels(Four Seasons, Phoenicia, Vendome, Rotana, Le Gray)
Support/Control (Recruiting Drivers, WIFI, Fuel, GPS, phones bills, etc ..)
Procurement (Fire extinguishers, WIFI devices, warning triangles, uniform, etc..)
Traffic violations (park meters, speed tickets, قرارات جزائية )
Receive clients' requests, dispatch it either to a facility manager or to a subcontractor
Handling offers and follow up for approval
One of my major tasks was tracking the UPS batteries lifetimes’ of a major account (Byblos Bank)
