As an IT Consultant My Job is to provide Pre sales and post sales Technical Support.
Migration of the email messaging system from Mdaemon to Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 in a VMWare environment with High Availability.
Responsible for managing Microsoft server 2012 Active Directory environment.
Manage and maintain switching environment consisting of HP 1910, 2920 and 5400 series switches.
Management of Cisco routers and Sonicwall Firewalls to secure internet traffic
Management of EMC network storage
Avaya IP Office 500
Management of Wireless Network.
Work with the other members of the team and the sales staff to develop a complete solution for the end customers.
Implementation of the developed solution and provide support afterwards for a certain agreed period of time.
Providing support to existing customers for their IT problems.
Management and maintenance of Al Suwaidi’s own multi -site IT infrastructure for over a hundred employees.
Which includes Servers, Switches, Routers and Firewalls
Managing IP Telephony infrastructure inter connecting all of their offices
