Since June, 2004 up to date still working at the Institute of Social Work as a Secretary/Social Worker. I have many experienced more than 21 years from different company but the Institute I have 19 experience till now.
From Administration Department to Academic Department (15th May 2015 up to date 2023)
Duties:
Production of documents using various Computer based software (Ms. Excel, Word, Power Point, Acrobat, Publisher, Coral Draw 7, Adobe Page Maker, Internet, etc)
Orienting visitors, guests, and teachers to the Department of Human Resource Management.
Registration of Human Resource Management Department students.
Monitoring new teachers to procedures and system of Department of Human Resource Management protocols.
To photocopy and ensure that new materials for HRM and Business Administration teachers needed for facilitation of training among the members of the Department are in place, particularly on its because the Department have two courses which are Human Resource Management and Business Administration.
Preparing IT materials needed to be used by teachers when teaching different levels covered by the Department of Human Resource Management.
Participating in reviewing and documenting the curriculum used by the Department of Human Resource Management at different levels.
Documenting Consultancy and Research report conducted by the Department of Human Resource Management.
Preparing advert and information guide that aims to promote effective learning for Human Resource Management students.
To communicate with different Human Resource Management agencies those are used for students’ placement under the Department.
To establish an inventory of starting the Department of Human Resource Management students Alumni.
Typing documents such as letters, reports, etc.
Answering telephone calls from outside and inside.
To meet and direct official guests of the Department to respective destinations.
To file film documents of the Department of Human Resource Management.
Prepare examinations scheduled on the Computer, and enter examination results.
Prepared the meeting Agendas for typing.
To type minutes of the department meeting.
Preparing examination results for the students under the Human Resource Management Department.
Working with the Deputy Rector Planning, Finance, and Administration in the Administration Department. (Old Director of Finance and Administration) December 2012 to 14th May 2015
My duties were to meet and direct official guests. Send the phone to my Boss, answer the phone if my Boss is absent, and utilized my knowledge of Computer related functions, office files were also maintained by me. Then prepared the meeting. To make sure my boss was safe including eating breakfast, lunch, and getting soft drinks.
I am working with The Head of the Social Work Department as Personal Secretary from January 2007 to November 2012.
My duties are as follows:-

I worked in the Department of Administration with the Director of Finance and Administration as a Personal Secretary in Grade I.
My duties were to meet and direct official guests. Sending the phone to my Boss also answering if my Boss is absent and utilizing my knowledge of Computer related functions, and office files were also maintained by me. Then prepared the meeting. To make sure everything in the office like water, juice, and soda is there because of saving the visitors who came to the office. Also, prepare breakfast and lunch for my boss.
I worked at Zanzibar - Tanzania from May 1997 to May 2004 at Adolf International as a Secretary.
Position: Personal Secretary to the General Manager
Duties: My duties included the production of documents using various Computer based software (Ms. Excel, Word, Print Artist, Instant Artist, E-mail, Publisher, etc), answering of telephone, general filing, selling stationery, meeting and directing official guests, I operated spiral machine, Radio Call, photocopy machine, cutting machine, lamination machine also maintains office files and so on.
I was transferred from Roshcon (Pty) Ltd Tanzania Branch in Dar es Salaam Ubungo Power Station to NOR-ICIL Dar es Salaam until my contract expired.
My duties are the same as Roshcon (PTY) Ltd to meet and direct official guests, phone the customers as well as make phone contracts with other firms on matters pertaining to the business. I also operated a switchboard machine and prepared summaries of Petrol, a Photocopy machine, a telex, a typewriter, hospital bills, fax machine and utilized my knowledge of Computer related functions, office files were also maintained me. Then I prepared Invoices for customers and mail them. Also to talk to the radio call.
Worked at Roshcon (PTY) Limited Tanzania Branch (Tanesco Ubungo Power Station)
Position: Field Office Secretary
Duties: My duties were to meet and direct official guests, phone the customers as well as making phone contracts with other firms on matters about the business. I also operated a switchboard machine and prepared summaries of Petrol, a Photocopy machine, a telex, a typewriter, hospital bills, fax machine and utilized my knowledge of Computer related functions, office files were also maintained me. Then I prepared Invoices for customers and mail them. Also to talk to the radio call. Also to buy things like food, and furniture for my boss house because he has a foreigner, so he doesn't know the city .
I get GPA of 3.0 Lower Second. I did practical training in the Court of First Instance in Tanzania as a "Probation Officer" My main job was to defend prisoners who were imprisoned while pregnant, family members, who feel oppressed, to visit their families with the executive of his village, a member and some neighbors to find out what kind of behavior this suspect really has. to serve their sentence so that they may be free, etc.
