ZTE Corporation is one of China's largest telecommunications manufacturers. ZTE offers a variety of telecom hardware, including base stations, mobile phones, and systems for switching, optical transport, videoconferencing, power supply, and monitoring.

Responsible for generating technical solutions, proposals and quotations; presenting and articulating proposal to customers for: Data Communication Equipment, End-to-End Solutions, and terminal equipment for Mobile operators.
• Interface for 3 mobile operators in Montenegro: Telenor, T-Mobile and M:tel.
• Building marketing strategy for ZTE brand in Montenegrin mobile market.
• Penetrating the market with ZTE smart phone brand in Telenor and M:tel, managing and maintaining the supply chain with all 3 mobile operators in MNE and promoting ZTE fixed terminal in T-Mobile
• Involved in system projects with Telenor, Prontotel and MN Connect regarding commercial part
• Project management; project negotiation, tracking manufacturing and delivery of products from China
• Monitoring competitors activities; following global marketing trends in promoting ZTE products in local market
• Building customer relationship with top level management of mobile operators and Montenegrin government
• Exploring business opportunities in Montenegrin Government projects
• Responsible for public relationship with Medias in MNE.
• Communication with ZTE HQ in Shenzhen, PR China
• Leading and coordinating engineering team of ZTE in Montenegro
• Achieving the highest KPI in ZTE BD1 Region (8 countries) in terms of terminal sales in 2013
