❖ Prepare daily schedule for the customers and assure the appointments to make the schedule in its best shape.
❖ Manage incoming calls and booking patients’ appointments.
❖ Manage invoices of consultations and treatments.
❖ Data Entry (Invoices, receipts and payments).
❖ Setting up proper reconciliations as per management request.
❖ Following up with the customers to collect their due balances.
❖ Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
❖ Other tasks as assigned by the Doctor.

Essential Duties:
 Prepare daily schedule for the customers and assure the appointments to make the schedule in its best shape.
 Taking sample of blood tests and food prints.
 Assisting the doctor by preparing body analysis.
 Conducting DNA tests by saliva samples.
 Coordinate the issuance of all cash payments.
 Assure all pending receivables are collected.
 Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
 Other tasks as assigned by the Doctor.
