Managing and meeting pre-set Sales Targets.

Operating and Managing a Portfolio of clients in the Small
Business segment through in-depth knowledge and
understanding of the client’s activities

■
Proactive and reactive servicing of a Portfolio of clients in the
Small to Medium Business segment (R300K to R5M Annual
Turnovers).
■
Representing and assisting Commercial clients across other
segments within the Branch Banking environment.
■
Maintenance of the Commercial presence within the immediate
Branch environment (signage, brochures, marketing material)
■
Assume overall NPS responsibility for all Commercial accounts
domiciled at the branch.
■
Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses and industry
and align client needs with appropriate Banking products.
■
Conduct structured business interviews with clients (face-to-face
and telephonic)
■
Conduct annual limit reviews and evaluate clients’ positions for
new financial year end
■
Maximize ROE (Return on Equity) through the product distribution
and cross-sell within the portfolio.
■
Develop new Business opportunities for portfolio growth
■
Compliance with relevant Legislation (FICA, NCA, FAIS)

■
Manage client services and escalate client queries within various
divisions within the Bank.

Provide project support and ensure internal processes are
adhered to.

Support Alliance Partners in the assembling of proposals and new
Projects.

Conduct web-based research projects on competitors and
present to Management and relevant stakeholders.
■
Manage the replacement of the Usury Act in preparation for the
National Credit Act.
