- Responsible mainly in providing excellent customer service by helping and providing customer needs through suggestion and showing thorough product knowledge.
- Keeping and maintaining the shop clean and organized by doing reposition and monitoring the items which is not on display.
- Doing cashiering and making sure that all transactions are correct while doing it in a fast-face manner and hand-over the cash to the duty manager for safe keeping in the vault.
-Responsible for ordering items in the Top list or list of items that has been sold for the day.
-Responsible for selling of high standard furniture and home accessories and
assisting in smooth operations.
-Must show and possess full knowledge about Navision and our product for smooth selling process.
-Checking items for replenishing and make sure that all items are on display and no
item is kept in back-up.
-Keeping the back-up area clean and tidy. Make sure all items are kept in each proper location and updating the Par-level in the system from time to time.
-Do the daily checklist and follow the standard operating procedures and maintain store brand standards.
-Do daily cashiering and handling of cash for deposit and keeping safe money in the vault.
-Responsible for charging and recharging customer’s cards used for playing.
-Do daily, weekly and monthly inventory of the toys and tattoo stencils.
-Arrange and monitor displays in every merchandise machine.
-Assigned staff in the comfy play area and oversee kids while playing.
-Make tattoo and helps in assisting customers to their maximum satisfaction for their continued patronized.
- Provide excellent customer service and be able to turn customer service into sales.
- Advice customer of the latest trends.
- Actively seek to maintain and improve store retail standards on selling floor, service areas and stockrooms.
- Making orders and checking stocks not currently on display.
- Fully follow operating procedures and provide customers with complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience to maximize sales.
- Handle customer’s payments in stores.
- Able to run fast and efficient cash register operations. Accurately maintain all cash and media at the register.
- Collect payment for good and services, make change, and hand out receipts.
- Issue cash refund and credit slips to customers or cash checks for customer.
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisement.
- Demonstrates strong skill set in suggestive selling techniques for add on sales.
- In-charge with the control and distribution of extra cards intended for selling by the card sellers.
- Make record and coordinate with the PAGCOR representative on the tally of the day’s sales for the computation of PAGCOR share and net income.
- In-Charge with the cash register machine. Able to run fast and efficient cash register operations.
- Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain all cash and media at the register.
- Collect payment for good and services, make change, and hand out receipts.
- Demonstrates strong skill set in suggestive selling techniques for add on sales.
Teaches pupils from all grade levels of all subjects. Determines pupils grade and class standing.
