Project Manager ELV:
As Project Manager I am responsible to Plan and define scope of the project, while planning the activities and sequence with allocating proper time, cost and human
resources.
Cost estimation by developing budget and controlling thru proper documentation of charts and schedules.
Analyzing risk factor and minimizing it thru monitoring and control.
Coordination with all parties including contractor, related sub contractors and consultant /client if required.
ADMINISTRATION
Have evolved IT&T policies and procedures for system users.
Started biometric attendance system interfacing with Payroll system. Introduced internet billing system at Hotels and electronic door lock system.
Training new staff, Creating User IDs in property’s domain and Prologic First according to assigned responsibilities.
NETWORKING AND COMMUNICATION
A 7 kilometer fiber optic has been stretched to connect two parts of Jazira Hotel and Resort i.e. Chalets and the main Hotel to connect the telephone system, PMS / domain access and CCTV cameras connection to the Chalets. Structured cabling in three properties with setting up racks including patch panels, switches, routers, fiber optic converters and fiber optic patch panels. Diagnosing data and voice communication problems and knowing how best to fix it and communicate the solution to end-users effectively arranged for vendor support if necessary.
TELEPHONY
Creating users and executing queries for the maintenance of Hotel Alcatel Omni PCX Enterprise PABX.
SURVEILLANCE TECHNOLOGY
Have designed and installed CCTV system in the properties to record and manage H.264 stream in 4CIF and 25 Frames. 6 months recording is kept in 280 TB of storage system.
INTERNAL SYSTEMS
Systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery. Comprehensive knowledge of key card locks system.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Building and maintaining vendor relationships and managing the purchase of IT&T systems hardware and software.

HUMAN RESOURCE SYSTEM INCHARGE AND EHSMS (ENVIRONMENT HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)
Responsible to update Paytrax (HR System) i.e. entering new employees, processing attendance on daily and monthly basis, updating staff files according to their service changes / appraisals and final settlements. EHSMS’s (Environment Health and Safety Management System) emergency contact person at the property

The banking software was developed in Oracle and regularly updated with patches and updates from Head Office executed and installed by me. I computerized the manual spoke branches and connected them with WAN of the UBL’s network. Bank and Head Office coordination. Remote transaction posting where the debt and credit transactions can be posted presenting the check of any branch thru out the country. Opening the bank accounts. Helping in cash balance at the end of day by checking the system reports and checks of recite and payment. Running the day end process and giving the exact figure of banks deposit to the main branch and spoke branches.
Up-linked and connected intranet at Bank's three Branches where every thing use to be manual in registers without any computers.
IT and Management Sciences including the Social Sciences subject. A 3.4 GPA gives me Grade B.
