Responsibilities;
• To manage all KSA Operations / Sales Activities / Logistics
• To develop major clients in Dairy / Meat / Confectionery / Bakeries / Juices & Beverages and currently handing more than 60 major industrial clients in KSA.
• To communicate with suppliers and negotiate for the competitive prices in order to penetrate in the market
• To monitoring competitors trends
• To visit clients on daily basis to find further potential to increase business with current customers and also visiting new prospects for new leads
• To prepare sales forecast for 2017
• To prepare monthly Sales activities reports / Stock movement report / Logistic affairs report
• Implement new market segment opportunities and lead the organization through new product launches.
• Set clear procedures - identifying objectives and need for marketing opportunity.
• Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets.
• Monitor the financial costs and ensure they are in adherence to the marketing budget.
• Involve myself with warehouse supervisor in order to follow inventory and daily delivery routes.
• Maintains sales staff by counseling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, and appraising their job results.
• Develop, maintain and coordinate a marketing budget and plan that aligns marketing activity for each offering, including recommendations for the regional MARKETING MIX, keeping costs within the agreed limits.
• Created a dedicated team to cover complete range of customers in Eastern Region.
• Weekly visit plan in market to fix any customer complaints and to find new opportunities with current customers and also develop new customers.
• Developed Major Potential customers in Eastern Region by introducing all Items
(Wholesale / Retail /HORECA / Nuts & Spices Markets / Bakeries / Bukhari & Mandi Restaurants / Catering companies & Industrial buyers)
• Measure and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all procurement processes.
• Negotiate with the suppliers regarding returns, rejections, adjustments and supplier refunds for exempted shipments.
• Review and approve contracts and vendor agreements for legal correctness, price, and acceptability of items to specifications.
• Review and approve purchase orders for quality and conformity to company policy.
• Established Profit generating KPI’s and eliminated non profitable items.
• Prepared Business Plan for Retail distribution.
• Prepared Business Plan for Northern Region. ( Arar/ Sakaka / Doma )
• Established major clients in Bahrain related to Sugar / Rice / Nuts.
