Design & Review of MV / LV Power Distribution System Layout, Fiber optic Infrastructure Network, Street Light Design, Prepare Panel Board Schedule, Voltage Drop Calculation, Power Single Line Diagram with Detailed Calculation of TCL, TDL, CDL to size the Transformer Rating & Generator (if required) following the relevant standards.
Design and calculate the Illumination Levels for the Interior/Exterior.
Design the LV (600/1000V) / MV (13.8 KV) Power Distribution Systems Layouts, Normal / Emergency and UPS Power Single Line Diagrams as per IEEE, NFPA, IEC and SEC.
Design the Grounding System as per NFPA-70/NEC article-250, IEEE std.446 (Chp-7) & Lightning Protection System as per NFPA-780 or IEC-62305 including the layout.
Design the Fire Alarm & the Detection System as per NFPA-72 and NEC article-760 including the riser diagram. Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Cost Estimation (Budget for Client),
Coordinate and lead the assigned team of Engineers and Draftsmenon a daily basis and ensure that design excellence is achieved throughout.
Monitoring the relevant works for conformance with the provisions oft he contract documents and the procedures manual.
Reviewing, approving and processing all relevant technical submittals.
Review and approve special study reports, design calculations and design specifications
Review and approve equipment/materials specifications and selection, construction specifications, testing and commissioning procedures.
Attend technical and progress meetings with the contractor/client's representative
Coordinate and develop responses to review comments, tender queries, contractor's queries, etc.
Supervision of Electrical System such as Conduiting & Boxes layout, Wiring / Cabling, Lighting fixtures, Wring Devices & Panel Board. Raising Inspection for Request, Monitoring site work progress. Preparation of Detailed Shop drawings & As-Built Drawings for Lighting Layout, Low Level Power Layout, Hi-level power layout, Panel Schedule, Single Line Diagram, Grounding and Lightning Protection System Layout.
Review, update and coordinates Design drawings and calculations based on latest requirements and modifications.
Provides and prepares detailed shop drawings with proper coordination with other discipline before implementing site works.
Attend and participate in Clients and Site meetings, prepares Meeting Minutes
Inspection of Installation for Electrical Services.
Develop services route requirements, both horizontal and vertical space coordination with other trades.
Preparing electrical layouts and calculations starting from tender package to detailed design, including Schematic Diagram (High & Low Current), Lighting Layout, Small Power Layout, Earthing & Lightning Protection Layout, Distribution Board Schedules.
Clarifies and coordinates with Electrical Contractors for Shop Drawings with regards to scope of work, also checks the quality of coordinated drawing layouts before giving approval &submit to the client.
