Helping clients invest in different investment products from buy to let units for cash flow, fractions to land investment for capital growth. Main responsibilities include generating new business over the phone by calling leads from social media. This includes prospecting, building desire, removing fears, identifying ideal investors and closing through a very detailed structure over 3-5 calls. Average sale value of the product is $100, 000.

This comes through a very deep level of client relationship and by delivering the highest level of service through constant follow up. I am also a team leader for the entire sales floor helping junior as well as other senior staff with sales process.
