I am working in Multinational German Company Siemens as an HVAC Engineer. It is the greatest opportunity for me to work in a multinational company to enhance my skills to compete in the international market. I am working at Imam University Riyadh as an HVAC Engineer. I am monitoring all Air Handling Units in BMS. I am supervising all Preventive maintenance Work to ensure proper and better performance of air handling units. If supply and return air fans are working properly there will be no issue of cooling in certain Buildings. I am also responsible of checking Variable Frequency Drives and monitoring whether it is showing any error or not, if it shows an error like F0002 that means the motor is taking high volts which means the belt of the motor is loose that’s why it is taking high Ampere. So in this case we solve this issue and the VFD error is removed. Usually, VFD operates at 60 HZ. An ideal VFD operates at 55-59 Hz. We use PXM20 which is Siemens operator unit for the homogeneous plant operations. All AHU’s of particular buildings can be viewed on PXM20.For example if 1 building has 17 AHU’s installed so we monitor their temperatures, supply air fan & return air fan whether they are On and functioning properly, see the supply & return air temperature, chiller water inlet & outlet temperature, etc. Moreover, if BMS shows an alarm in AHU it can easily be viewed on PXM20 diagnosed and reset on PXM20.In short, PXM20 is best for checking all air handling units temperatures, pressure time scheduling, alarm lists, and setpoint adjustments, etc.
I have worked in Saudia’s no 1 and biggest fiber optic telecommunication company name Integrated Dawiyat which has given its project to CCS (China Saudi communication service). I am responsible for all the Management services of their materials like odf, odbs, fiber optic cable, 4 way & 2 way ducts, closures etc. Over there I am managing all Inbounds and outbounds, checking stocks, Inventory and supervising all the labours for the Maintenance of materials. We have several projects which includes STC, ZAIN, MOBILY and ITC.All the construction Fiber optic cable work on site is given to CCS company, and I am responsible for all the material whether it is delivered properly to the site and not have any fault in putting and installing on construction site. It should be installed safely to site without any damage any cable etc.
Overall it was a great Learning experience and I learned a lot about the different materials of the fiber optic telecommunication Network in Dawiyat.
During my previous role as an engineering intern at PIA Engineering, I learned about different departments, PIA Hierarchy, flight controls, how it works, how it turns all with the help of Rudder which is installed on Aircraft’s tale and aircraft landing and taking off. It was indeed a great opportunity.
My name is Mirza Faizan Baig.I have done Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Dha Suffa University. I did my Final Year project of DESIGN ANALYSIS OF ELECTRIC TRIWHEELER. It was the greatest and challenging task we did all test and simulation on Ansys and designed it on Solidworks.It was the greatest opportunity. English remained my favourite subject and I scored A grades on English and business subjects mostly.
