Responsibilities
• Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities.

• Receiving Customers Complaints and Employee Suggestions over the quality of the product and its packaging.
• Manage and maintain daily sales, costs and packaging of products through JDE ERP System, ISELL(Order Management System) and SQL.
• Recommending future modifications for new product features.

• Communication and Negotiation in dealing with various levels of employees and departments.

• Translation in between management and labors when needed.

• Dealing with the grey area to maintain proper understanding and work flow between management and labors.
