• I joined atomic properties LLC, it’s a Chinese real estate company in Dubai
Achievements:
• Being a Branch manger I was supervise a 18 member’s team and we did work on all over Dubai’s properties.
• Now I can work on all devolper’s projects . and we did it, we did good business with damac on Trump damac hills project. And akoya as well.
• We sold for Dubai properties, nakheel’s dragon towers, Emaar, Azizi’s cinal view, Fakhruddin, binghati devolper, Tabeer devolper dragon view, in means with all good offers we did a good buisnes
• The time when I join Azizi as a broker but after 4 months I was promoted as a branch manger
• As a branch manger I made a team of good agents and did my job on Wright way

• Being a branch manger we did a good job.
• We did more than 120 million AED business with some awesome projects
• In Azizi we got so many events experience, that how to handle gathering of clients
• AS Broker I got opportunity to be a professional in real state, and under Damac this was honor for me to be the part of leading company in gulf.
• I did 2 trips including india (mumbai) and south africa for represent their projects

• This was early a time when I become a professional property consultant
• I did more than 30 million /= business to Damac properties
• Including sold 15 villas and many 1 BHK, 2BHK, and studio as well
• I did lease as well and did a good output to our client’s investments
• AS a property consultant I had responsibility to look after newly build project International city for lease and sale purchase department to prepared SPA ( sales purchase agreements
