• Works on Dell Print project (Biggest project in history of Dell). Is the central point of contact from invoicing department and implements the changes successfully by making sure the project improvises existing business process.
• Does quality audit for a team of 12 members and publishes the stacks on a monthly basis. Build’s efficient process manuals and takes class room training sessions for the new hires.
• Worked with IT to create a volume tracking tool which simplifies and eliminate the manual work involved in daily work allocation to the team.
