Handling global hiring of multi-discipline positions from Junior to Senior Management level
Gathering requirements from the clients.
* Advertisement on LinkedIn & various Job portals e.g. Naukri India, , Naukrigulf.com, etc.
* Liaising with concern manager to understand the required competency in details for the positions
*Sourcing resume as per the job requirement from the relevant industry with requested criteria i.e. years of experience, qualification, major, field, nationality etc.
* Performing job postings, mass mailing & ads.
* Responsible for screening and short listing suitable candidates.
* Conducting initial level of interview as per requirement.
* Counseling the candidate about the company & job profile.
* Briefing the client on the candidate's potentials.
* Timely coordination with the client to get the positions closed.
* Taking Care of mobilization processes of selected candidate.(BI process, Visa, Medical and Air ticket)

Client Relationship Management
* Sole point of contact for assigned clients.
* Regular interaction with clients to get business requirements.
