• Preparation of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow, and other reports) and supporting schedules according to monthly closing schedule
• Preparation of Ageing Receivables as and when required
• Participation in the monthly closing of accounts for corporate reporting.
• Keeping track of Bank Loan Instalments, interest payments, facility renewal, LC, LG issuance, follow-up, renewal etc.
• Checking and control of employee payments including leave salary, Air Ticket, Employee loans & deductions.
• Monitoring project payments, contractors accounts, retention, penalty issues etc.
• Maintaining record of all Contracts for Maintenance relating to Operation Dept.
• All work related to AP (Accounts Payable)
• Monitor accounts receivables and overdue balances (Rent, Electricity etc.)
• Preparing bank reconciliation statement of all the banks accounts on daily basis after updating all bank accounts.
• Periodical reconciliation of employees, contractors, suppliers, tenants, service providers and group companys accounts.
• Prepare reconciliations of Account payable and Account receivable periodically and report if any discrepancies found
• Review of monthly rentals report for all properties as sent by operation
• Liaison work with internal and external auditors,
• Reporting to Finance Manager & Performing other accounting activities in the Department when required.

Worked as an assistant underwriter in a Reinsurance company based in Kuwait performing the following duties;
• To provide support to underwriters.
• To enter the risk into the companys software
• Keep a record of the due premiums
• Indexing & Filing of the risk policies in a systematic manner
• Reporting to underwriters if any discrepancies found in the risk policies.
• Assisting the underwriters in providing supports and documents to the Accounts Dept.
• Calculation of the premium as per the agreed rate.
