11 YEARS To manage all products(Watches & Jewels) under the supervision of senior brand manager and marketing manager from product ordering, preparing purchase invoices, pricing, marketing activities and distribution of products to all our retail outlets / wholesale dealers all over the kingdom. Since Al shaya was exclusive distributor for Swiss and non-Swiss fashion watch brands in Saudi Arabia, I have worked closely for the brands like Frederique Constant, Alpina, Raymond Weil, Victoriana, Alexander Shorokhoff, Wigner, Jaguar, Zinvo, Rec, Escape, Christian Bernard, Louis Erard, Saint Honore, Seven Friday, Cerruti 1881, D1 Milano, Citizen, U-Boat, Anne Klein, Armitron.Nine west Esprit, Optima and Mercury etc. Prepared business plan (forecasting report), marketing investment Plan for all our brands and was also assigned to submit Marketing activities Reports (Advertising) to all our suppliers in order to claim marketing contribution expenses for all our marketing activities. Assisted in new product launch and promotion of all our company brands. Conducted effective Sales training sessions to our sales staff. Prepared weekly / monthly reports on sales and brand performance, in order to analyze sales with our suppliers and manager. Coordinated closely with our marketing team on various advertising campaigns and submitted detail report to marketing manager regarding switching from offline to online marketing, since marketing spending was very high. Later it was accepted by management and within few months it was very effective. Our sales increased automatically due to aggressive social media campaigns and it resulted in reduction of our annual marketing spending. E-COMMERCE SALES INCHARGE Al Shaya watches recently started e-commerce business and was responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce business. So it was advantage to my career to work for offline & online market. I have a good relationship and worked closely with representatives of some leading E-commerce giants like Amazon (Souq), Wadi, Noon, Jolly chic etc. Since we have a business partnership with mentioned companies and worked for our product with these companies by selling our watch through their website known as marketplace seller dashboard.
1 YEAR Preparing invoice with MS excel for our company Daily production reports documents controlling making letters as per requirements and email Receiving &checking the daily, weekly and monthly invoices. Preparing the ID's for New Employees Closing the Employees and Sub-Contractors Time Sheet. A complete ERP Software.
4 YEARS Managed all activities related to warehouse operations, in out including distribution record keeping, stock inventory management and dispatching of items.
