• Responsible for managing the cost of the construction project, by preparing cost estimation,
analyzing costs, and monitoring the budget throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Procure or agree the services of subcontractors who work on the construction of the project and
accordingly measure the value of works done on site and prepare the payment Certificates.
• Ensures to prepare all required documentation for changes to the scope of the works of
Subcontractors, accompanied by signed off Variation Orders.
• Track the progress of the project and submit the Interim Payment Applications to the Client with
all the required supporting documentation until the payment certificate is secured.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project
managers and site engineers.
• To keep track of all the changes instructed by the client and prepare reports and documents to
validate the changes for the variation submission and its impact on the Cost and the timeline of
the Project.
• Carrying out detailed quantities of substructure, superstructure & Infrastructure works comparing
with tender BOQ.
• Providing Contractual and Commercial Support and Correspondence “Letter Writing” to
Subcontractors.
• Ensures to keep updated about the underperforming Subcontractors who can be responsible for
delay in the delivering the works or compromise the quality of the works and accordingly prepare
back-charge report to be applied.
• Site visits, assessments and projections for future work and undertake cost analysis for repair and
maintenance project work.
• Perform risk, value management and cost control.
• Assists in the effective budget preparation that will result in high profit and business continuity.
• Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks.
• Update teams about the changes and amendments in the plans on a timely basis.

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Measure and value the work done on site.
• Evaluate and certify the Payment Applications submitted by the Subcontractors.
• Liaise with the construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site
engineers and prepare the reports accordingly.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Feasibility studies of client requests.
• Allocating upcoming work to contractors.
• Site visits, assessments, and projections for future work.
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the
project.
• Measure and value the work done on site.
• Select and/or source construction materials; and write reports.
