1) TSK ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION. (EPC)
Project: Durrah Refinery Project (ROYAL COMMISSION)
Position: Mechanical supervisor.
Period: October 2018 - April 2021.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and review the implementation of the EPC Contractor’s site quality management system.
Assist in the review and forward comments on the Sub-contractor’s method of statement for execution of the works.
Assist in the review and forward any comments on the Sub-contractor’s technical submittals
Attending material receiving inspections with client QC team and raising Non-conformity’s to vendors if required.
Inspecting coordinates as per location drawings prior to equipment installation.
Inspecting Installed equipment’s and establish punch lists.
Inspecting alignments of rotary equipment’s such as Bucket elevator’s, pumps, Conveyors and Tank agitators.
Daily inspection of construction activities on site including dimensional spot-checks.
To implement preventive measure and corrective action for non-conforming products.
Reviews, comments and approves the contractors Plans & procedures
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Inspection of in-service above ground storage tanks and piping.
2. Handling PRE T&I, T & I and post T & I inspections and preparing reports with recommendations.
3. Review MFL report of bottom plate of tanks and provide recommendations.
4. Inspection of complete tank external, internal and tank roof.
5. Inspection of tank bottom plate welding.
6. Provide maintenance recommendations and support to prepare repair work scopes for piping and storage tanks.
7. Conducting half yearly and annual survey of tank farm, loading and unloading areas and preparing reports for all surveys.
8. Creating inspection work sheets and Issuing defect notification for defects found through Aramco SAP.
9. Well aware of ARAMCO SAP system. (Defect/log processing and inspection notification)
10. Preparation of inspection reports/certificates with all findings, abnormalities and recommendations.
11. Experience in QA/QC activities which includes preparation of welder’s certificates, welding consumable quality control & welding inspection.
12. Fully conversant with isometrics, P&ID’s and general arrangement drawings, as built preparation & modification as per site requirements.
13. Witnessing of hydro test for MOVs, storage tanks and piping.
14. Witnessing vacuum test for tanks bottom plates.
15. Inspecting RTR piping connected to Manholes, sum pits, catch basins and sand traps.
16. Carried out inspection duties for surface preparation and coating application such as monitoring environmental conditions, surface profile readings, DFT checks, and holiday testing.
17. Maintained Standards, Test Methods and Product Data Sheets as per specification.
18. Ensured all abrasive blasting and coating activities are carried out as per the contractual requirements and specification guidelines.
19. Performed necessary inspections and observations to ensure quality of the coating project.
20. Witnessing hydro test and vacuum test for Single Point Mooring hoses used for transfer of product from oil tankers to tanks in tank farm.
2) AL HOTY COMPANY LTD. (SMP SAUDI ARAMCO)
Position: Sr. Inspector II
Period: October 2015 - August 2018.
Worked as a SMP employee of SAUDI ARAMCO through AL HOTY COMPANY Ltd. at ARAMCO Western region distribution department Operation unit handling T&I shut down activities of storage tanks and connected piping.
T & I’s Projects at Jizan Bulk Plant:
• Tanks 1601 & 1602 (Slop tanks with external floating roof) (27000 BBL)
• Tanks 1401, 1403 & 1404 (Diesel tanks with fixed cone roof) (250, 000 BBL)
• Tanks 1502, 1503 & 1532 (Gasoline tanks with external floating roof) (150, 000 BBL)
• Tank 1308 (Kerosene tank fixed cone roof with Internal floating roof) (100, 000 BBL)
• Tank 2002 (Raw Water tank with fixed cone roof ) (35000 BBL)
Duties and Responsibilities:

To check and monitor all painting / coating related works are in accordance with company procedures and international codes.
Responsible for incoming coating / painting material inspection and has to ensure whether these materials suits to meet the requirements of project specifications.
To undertake test qualifications for spray painters, brush painter’s hydro blasters & abrasive blasters.
Co-ordinate with the paint manufacturer technical representative on daily basis.
Carry out inspection duties for surface preparation and coating application such as monitoring environmental conditions, surface profile readings, DFT checks, and holiday testing.
Maintained Standards, Test Methods and Product Data Sheets as per specification.
Ensured all abrasive blasting and coating activities are carried out as per the contractual requirements and specification guidelines.
1. Checking weld joint preparation, fit up, alignment & dimensional inspection as per drawings.
2. Witness of material inspection as per Code& Company requirements.
3. Note the Corrosions, pitting, welding defect etc
4. Maintaining of latest project specification, ITP’s, procedures and drawings.
5. Monitoring Welding activities as per WPS
6. Review of approved WPS and PQR.

8. Witness of welder qualification test (WQT) and procedure qualification test.
9. Review of received filler and consumable Test Certificate (TC).
10. Monitoring of consumable storage, handling, packing and drying temperature as

11. Monitoring of Pre heat, Inter pass temperature and inter pass cleaning as per WPS.
12. Visual inspection of welded joint profile, surface finish and defects.
13. Visual inspection of completed welds in the pipe spool and related documentation.
14. Witnessing MPT, DPT.
15. Test Pack review and documentation.
16. Verification of weld repair work.
17. Witnessing hydro test.
18. Coordinated and communicated with fabrication supervisor, fitters, welders and inspection personnel.
19. Coordinating with Third Party for field inspection.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing the design/shop drawing.
2. Ordering the Required material as per Specifications.
3. Coordinating with other trades civil, mechanical, and finishing to avoid repetitive work.
4. Allocating resources as per the schedule to achieve target.
5. Preparing weekly report and submitting to the Project manager and highlighting
the problems affecting the Progress on site.
6. Ordering long lead items in advance to meet the schedule.
7. Attending site meeting with other trades and taking actions for the requested items.
8. Highlighting the problems in drawing by Raising ECR.
9. Getting approvals from consultant for the executed work through inspection ticket.
10. Preparing summary log reports for materials, RFI, ECR etc.
