Financial Corporation is a U.S. Based bank holding company specializing in credit cards, home loans, auto loans, banking and savings products. The purpose of the project is to enhance the PNCPINACLE MOBILE APP by improving the Information Reporting Module, Event Notifications which will allow customers to create customized reports. Information reporting module had two categories which are Previous Day Reporting and Current Day Reporting and the project's main objective was to enhance the existing application by adding new features.
•Interacted with Senior Management to understand their requirements regarding integration of Previous Day reporting and Current Day Reporting.
•Conducted Gap Analysis of the features and functionality of current platform version and new version to determine the new functions to be added in.
•Assisted in facilitating Daily Agile/Scrum meetings, Sprint planning, Sprint review, and Sprint retrospective meeting.
•Conducted sessions, user interviews, and detailed research and requirement meetings to capture the requirements and prepared BRD.
•Contacted treasury management team to understand the current user interface system for the payments section and how the ACH, Wire transfers should show up in the application.
•Created User Interface Document (UID), Wireframes, Prototypes to help developers in the development process.

The project was involved in developing Right, a web-based system for quoting, and maintaining and issuing auto and homeowner insurance policies.
