Construction of Fully Air conditioning double story poultry form shade. Air tight, water proof shade with modern technologies poultry form where steel shuttering & well formwork material with skilled labours highly qualified and experienced staff working there.Fortunately I was one of them checking daily activities in which clean atmosphere clean and smooth material, Availability of material, labour, equipments & disciplined staff /team, checking camber of roof, linning, curing, level, quality, dimension of running work etc preparing bill of work done, checking designs amendments.Controlling staffing encouraging monitoring according to situation of site.Speed of work, coordination, bold decisions and different parameters with respect to site requirements. Hard and soft mood regarding nature of current position of site etc.
I was just free from the examination of Diploma of associate Engineer .I joined voluntarily to office of the Project Director Sindh University FOR THE PURPOSE OF LEARNING AND EXPERIENCE OF REAL OR PRACTICAL WORK. VISITING With seniors different sites, fulfilled the complains of University campus and residential colony .There were new existing works and maintenance and repair works.Very soon I control every thing there regarding my qualification taking measurements, making estimate bills and supervision very positively.And they offer me to appoint as Sub Engineer but this offer was only verbal, so I left this and fortunately I admitted to Mehran university of Engineering and Technology for further study
