Delivery Management
• Implementing project plans within preset budgets and deadlines and steering Delivery Management for technical deliverables of concurrent projects.
• Negotiating SLAs for large and medium-size business transformation projects.
• Handling deployment of tasks & defining best practices for project support and documentation.
• Increase customer satisfaction and help obtain new business from the customer
Project Management
• Managing operations for executing projects involving scoping, design & architecture, resource mobilization, execution within cost & time parameters.
• Monitoring / tracking projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, and schedule over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects.
Relationship Management
• Serving as single point of contact / interface for supporting clients and maintaining MIS for all phases and reporting project progress to the client.
• Meeting deadlines & TAT (Turn Around Time) without compromising quality norms and adhering to SLA and handling the delivery management & post implementation support.
This role involved the complete responsibility of project delivery to achieved by taking the help of various technology teams and PMO.
Responsible for taking various IT initiatives for automating the organization
Involved in various activities but not limited to identifying required hardware, software, hiring resources and budgeting.
Managed ERP implementation of the company’s flagship product across Middle East and India
Recognized as the Best Project Manager (implementation) for year 2008
Responsible for providing functional inputs for Exensys ERP development for the procurement & sales modules
Made contribution for the inventory module in terms of stock movement and touch points with the sales and procurement modules
Was responsible for smooth functioning and development/modification of present software applications used across 13 companies in the group at the initial stage.
Was instrumental in successfully implenmenting microsoft great plains ERP across the whole group.
Was responsible for development of various applications of the Organization development and training department.
Worked on various projects on the VB platform.
