• Sourced and forged partnerships with 15 new vendors, bringing in $ 150K in revenue.
• Researched potential locations for four new stores, supporting these recommendations with in-depth market analysis.
• Carry out regular product analyses by customer segment and accurately forecast stock needs to meet demands.
• Completed a complex return/transfer warehouse project, resulting in a storage capacity of 200K garments.
