Responsible for migrating all ancillary Payroll Components: -
• Liaised with key stakeholders in the Payroll Department to understand all 40+ Payroll Migrations through workshops.
• Produced Functional Data Mapping documents from Oracle to Workday.

Successfully delivered integration project for three countries (that had previously failed twice): -
•All business requirements were identified and documented for Oracle to Kronos integration.
•Led workshops with key stakeholders to define, refine and document the signed off the solution design.
•Oversaw and facilitated Unit Testing, System Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT and Regression Testing.
•Facilitated change requests pre and post country go-lives.
•Organised Kronos Version Upgrade Regression Testing throughout the three project iterations.
•Adhered to TKMaxx Design Methodologies, Security Framework and GDPR requirements.
•Instrumental in Root Cause Analysis to identify why the two previous attempts had failed.
Oversaw all analysis and design to bring APAC entities in to Wood Group’s worldwide single Ebusiness Suite solution: -
• Applied generic design where possible and region-specific requirements.
• Oversaw, HCM structure, Interfaces, Reporting, Payroll, iLearning, Oracle Time and Labour and Advanced Benefits
• Separate entities for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Sakhalin Islands.
Audit of Payroll enhancements to pension schemes carried out by 3rd party supplier: -
• Evaluated and judged value for money of the deliverables within the contractual obligations.
• Produced a detailed report detailing estimate effort of deliverables vs. actuals billed for.
• Identified overspend and recommended governance steps for future work carried out by 3rd parties.
• Particular focus needed on soft skills in this adversarial environment.

Streamlined all HR processes across EMEA, APAC and Americas: -

Addressing a substantive list of defects for a R12 Upgrade: -
