1. Responsible for ISO 9001:2008 (QMS) certification of the entire organization (7 domestic & 7 international delivery locations)
2. Liaison with external auditors & certification bodies for contract review, planning for surveillance and re-certification audits.
3. Conducting management review meetings with business heads
4. Reporting the health of QMS to senior management through various reviews and CXO dashboard
5. Track & monitor budget control
6. Working closely with transition teams for new businesses and responding to RFP / RFI.
