* Responsible for develop & maintain Asset Management Plans for the various assets like Transmission systems, Rectifiers & Batteries, Antennas, Core, Microwave IDU & ODU including but not limited to all types of cables & connectors.
* Responsible for coordination with different department teams (RF, MW, Core & Civil) within the company for dismantling or swap old assets & place a new to develop and maintain procedures and systems for the management of the site’s technologies & infrastructure assets.
* Maintain an Asset Management System which integrates with existing information of transmission systems (Microwave, Core, 2G, 3G & 4G).
* Responsible to prepare templates & upload dismantle/ redeploy of site’s asset to another i.e., partial or full on software/hardware as per the received scope of work in ADMS.
* Investigate and report on Assets dismantling management measured against company benchmarks and arrange preliminary acceptance test activities (PAT).
* Prepare regular updates on asset dismantling & management status.
* Develop effective control with regard to infrastructure & technologies asset management.
* Follow up with subcontractors to prepare survey reports & ensure serial numbers for traceability of a particular asset/technology/infrastructure
* Closure of reports in ADMS after verification of material delivered to warehouse and PAT process.
* Responsible for site access approval during maintenance down time from the customer through chain management system.
* Planning, organizing & command over 4G1 design and other networks according to telecom standards.
* Follow up with contractors on civil works for telecommunication infrastructure.
* Conduct site surveys for study/planning of network, if required.
* Complete review & follow up with sub-contractors for preparing followings:
A. Document approval request
B. Site power supply for transmission systems i.e., calculation which includes direct current detail information
C. BOQ for overall scope received for particular sites in 4G1 & 4G3 networks.
D. Mobile transmission design, if Microwave
E. Site technical & infrastructure drawings which includes electrical, civil, radio frequency µwave
F. Revisions for design, if scope changes according to customer requirement.
* Having experience in NE (Telecordia Network Engineer) Tool / GIS Technologies and Telecom Network Design
A. NE designing of BTS, RECTIFIER, Microwave, TRM, ANTENNAS, TOWER and various network equipments included in 2G, 3G, 4G sites.
B. NE design for Microwave IDU, ODU, antennas and connections.
C. Design of ISP and OSP with Telecordia Network engineer.
D. Network design of DWO and QC submission
E. MOP generation and submission.
F. Network design of Huawei BTS3900L & BBU and MW RTN980, RTN950.
* In cooperated with customer based operations.
* Responsible for updating project progress to high level management.
* Performed minutes of meeting.
* & Maintained good relationship with customer & contractors.
* Planning target sites, route, budget plan for technical site survey report (TSSR)
* Follow up with sub-contractors to prepare & finish daily targeted technical sites report.
* Complete and quality review of all technical reports from subcontractors before submitting it to the customer.
* Assisting and supporting the Project Manager in their daily duties.
* Pre & post installation tower & shelter site-survey
* Follow up with customer for approvals of site change orders & site acceptance form
