Provided technical expertise in the field of process safely management and risk engineering during basic and detailed engineering phases of the project. Acting as a focal point for HSE issues for the Exploration, drilling in Dubai, Off Shore (Fathe Field Project) H2S & Sour Gas prone area. Monitoring H2S. Audit of drilling contractor to verify that HSE meets the requirements, Reviewed effectiveness of Contractors HSE Management Systems (i.e. JHA’s, induction) at drilling rigs and provided advice & guidance to drilling Supervisor & Contractor HSE officer, for areas of improvement, - Monitored and advised all drilling rigs in the field, on all operational safety compliance requirements. Coordinated training on HSE to field personnel, H2S Emergency Training and Emergency escape plan & Easy Identification of cascade.
Coordinated regulatory requirements, giving training to new joiners and also conducting H2S emergency exercise, gas test prior to enter in confined space and issuing confined space entry certificate along with work permit. Conduct fire drills, training all project personnel on safety, promote safety awareness about safe working procedure, company safety regulations. Conduct inspection to identify potential hazards and advise on safety aspects, risk assessments, accidents prevention program, toolbox meetings, inspection of fire safety equipments
