Started working in Zajil from 11th February 2014 till date. The job responsibilities, roles and duties that I handled are as below:
- Account manager for more than 30 strategic companies. Considered top companies in Kuwait market.
- Achieving quarter target
- Customer satisfaction & customer relationship & customer service
- Handling orders made by other companies
- Dealing with local & international companies
- Reaching and scheduling meetings with companies
- Maintaining companies satisfaction and avoiding cancellations
- Checking timeline regarding service delivery
- Checking quality of service delivered
- Drawing up solutions that meet with company requirements
- Knowledge of technical solutions to be able to explain to customers
• Since January, 2012, I have been teaching in the AUL (American University of London) four courses which are:-
- Business Math
- Organization Management
- Introduction to Business
- Chinese Business
I started working there from the 1st of July 2011 till the date of 10th of February 2014. The job responsibilities, roles and duties that I handled are as below:

doing my MBA degree in International Business and will be graduating in October 2018.
Graduated last May from NYIT with a GPA of 3.46 out of 4.00 and was listed in the Dean's Honor list for two semesters for obtaining a high GPA. I also participated in the SLO elections (Student Leading Organization) where i was the chairman of events in my group.
