- Writing daily monitoring reports of all Programme's activities in the Camps & Host community GFA, Schoolfeeding and Resilience (Livlehood) FGD (Focus group discussion.......etc).
- information records and monitoring plan documentation, such as
records of commodity movements and programme checklists, to assist in
the effective delivery and distribution of food items.
Collate assistance programme data by clear direction, to
support programme reviews and informative decision-making.
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the food assistance programme at the
local level, in close collaboration with the implementing partners to meet
WFP standards.
On-site supervision of e-voucher distributions in camps and the host community to
ensure proper distribution of entitlements and provide the feedback for Officers and
others about the distribution.
Receive and collate comments and feedback from cooperating partners, and
beneficiaries, to support identifying programmatic issues to foster
efficient operations.
Provide guidance for cooperating partners on WFP operational practices, monitoring
tools and methods in order to support them to complete monitoring tasks and to
contribute to the visibility of WFP in the coverage areas.
Prepare field mission reports to document programme implementation.
Identify any apparent issues in the programme and report them to the appropriate
supervisor on time.
Monitor the partner shops regularly by checking the shops' general situation and the
food items provided to beneficiaries along with the pricing.
• WFP and non-WFP on-site shop monitoring.
• Retail Price survey implementation.
• Focus Groups Discussions organization.
• Familiar with data collection tools (KOBOCollect, ODK); and

Interact with Museum visitors when appropriate in order to make their visit more beneficial and memorable.
-Maintain a high level of content knowledge for each exhibit.
-Facilitate daily programs independently and provide exceptional customer service to Museum visitors.
-Observe programs and document observations. Utilize forms to record data about programs and visitors.
-Prepare materials and gather supplies for upcoming activities.
-Support all the components of the Education Department, Library, Art studio, Exhibit Hall.
-Assist program developers in researching and preparing new programs.
-Work closely with Assistant Education manager on tasks related to annual programming.
-Assist in special set up and decoration requirements for museum events and special programs.
-Assist with content development for programs.
-Supervise volunteers assigned to certain locations in the exhibit hall.
