Responsibilities:
Take all necessary action to successfully complete all additional Initiatives/Actions/Projects under the responsibility of the team. Cascade to AXA Gulf the AXA Group P&C Claims strategy: "Develop the most effective action plan to ensure the achievement of the savings targets on the main MedIa initiatives" Monitoring of P&C Claims KPIs: "Define the right action plan to ensure the achievement of the main P&C Claims KPIs" Achieve the targets for recovery collection: To set and achieve the targets for recovery collection in all GCC countries.
Responsibilities:
Developing recovery department guidelines that were used for years. Part of a team designated to handle seriously past due accounts. Assisted in monitoring past due accounts and contacting customers to make collections attempts. Responsible for taking incoming calls and giving customers the information they needed to pay accounts. Issued a tracking sheet for all recovery files. Raised the recovery income to a million riyal monthly.
